• Content you post: Photos and recordings you submit during the nightly recording window.

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification token.

• To provide and operate the 11 PM service.
• To connect you with friends and display your recordings within chains.
• To send push notifications (e.g., chain invites, reminders) — you can opt out in your device settings.
• To improve the app and diagnose technical issues.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With other users: Your username, profile photo, and recordings are visible to other users according to your privacy settings. If Private Account is enabled, your recordings are only visible to friends.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for database and storage infrastructure. These providers process data only as necessary to provide our service.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

Chains and their associated recordings are designed to be ephemeral — they disappear when the next recording window opens. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

5. Your Choices

• You can enable Private Account in Settings to limit who sees your recordings.
• You can delete your account by contacting us at the email below.
• You can opt out of push notifications in your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

11 PM is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
