1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use 11 PM. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your credentials or impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Post content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant 11 PM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the app as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Ephemeral Content

Recordings and chains are designed to be temporary. We do not guarantee that content will be retained for any specific period and may remove content at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

7. Disclaimers

11 PM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 11 PM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
